Order Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s).
Return Conditions
Please ensure that products are returned clean, unworn, and with all tags attached.
We recommend returning products in their original packaging to provide the necessary protection during transit. This will also minimize the environmental impact of the return process.
Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the condition of the items before processing the refund. If the products are damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable costs for damage, service, or repair.
If the return is accepted and processed, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.

Please note that products can only be returned using the return label provided with your order. MONATINE is not responsible for packages sent via other carriers.

Free Return Procedure
If you wish to return a product:
1) Ensure that all items are in their original condition, with all tags. Place them in the original packaging. Fill out the return form and include it in the package.
2) Affix the return label included with your order to the top of the package. Make sure all information on the label is visible and the package is securely closed.
3) Go to the DHL website https://dhl24.com.pl/zwroty, enter your return number, and order a courier or take the package to one of the DHL pickup points.
The nearest DHL pickup point can be found on the website https://www.dhl.com/pl.
4) After the courier pickup date is arranged/the package is returned at one of the pickup points, you will receive a confirmation email.
* If your order was shipped via InPost, you will not receive a return label in the package. In this case, click on the quick returns link below, select MONATINE, and then generate your return documents..
Return at your own expense
If you cannot or do not wish to use the free return option, you can send the goods back to us at your own expense.
1) Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
2) You return the goods at your own expense. This cost is non-refundable.
3) Customers who chose personal pickup as their delivery method are not eligible for free courier returns.

Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted by quality control:
1) The product must be returned in its original packaging.
2) The product must be in original condition, undamaged, unaltered, and unworn.
3) All original tags must be attached.
4) A copy of the purchase invoice must be included.
Products returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
Once the return is approved by our quality control team, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
If the return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back.
Please note that for non-EU orders with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout, minus import duties and taxes, as these charges are collected solely on behalf of national tax authorities and are not collected by MONATINE.
