Shipping:

The shipping cost for orders up to 499 PLN is 20 PLN. We offer free shipping for orders over 499 PLN.

Shipping time is usually 1-3 business days from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We use DHL courier for shipping within the EU, UK, and USA.

Within Poland, we use InPost. Your order can be sent both to an InPost parcel locker and directly to your address.

Within Poland, you can also choose the cash on delivery option, which costs 20 PLN.

Our courier delivers packages from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that delivery to rural addresses may involve longer waiting times. MONATINE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the brand's control.

We offer worldwide shipping, but shipping costs outside the EU may vary and will be charged individually. The cost will appear automatically during checkout, depending on the destination.

Customs duties and taxes:

Please note that shipping outside the EU may incur additional customs fees imposed by the customer's national tax/customs authorities.

For orders placed in PLN or EUR outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are not included in the price and will need to be paid by the customer upon arrival of the shipment in the destination country.

Rejected delivery:

If an order is rejected upon delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before shipping.
